Imposter Syndrome can be debilitating, but it is manageable. This interactive workshop is designed to empower participants to recognise, understand, and effectively cope with Imposter Syndrome. Through engaging discussions, self-reflection, and practical exercises, attendees will gain the confidence and tools to overcome these feelings of self-doubt and reach their full potential.

This workshop is open to individuals from all backgrounds and professions who have experienced or are interested in learning about Imposter Syndrome and want to learn coping strategies. Whatever your profession, if you've ever felt like a fraud or doubted your own capabilities, this workshop could help you embrace your worth.


The trainer for this workshop is Mandy Taylor of Mandy Taylor Coaching.
