This course combines the leadership expertise of Inspired Mindset Ltd with the fantastic resources, team, and private islands at Alderford Lake, Whitchurch, to provide you with a memorable, interactive, and developmental learning experience within a beautiful lakeside venue.
This course is hands-on, engaging and experiential, meaning you have the opportunity to learn from your experiences from the day, that are specifically designed to focus on your leadership skills.
You can expect to experience training room exercises as well as a small boat trip to the private islands to engage in a larger leadership learning activity. The day is full of activities, discussion, and reflection.
This is a thought-provoking session that gives you the opportunity to think about your leadership strengths and to reflect on your ongoing leadership development, taking lots of shared learning back to your workplace for your ongoing career in leader excellence.
