    • Core values and beliefs influence the right mind set – Exercise – who had the right plan?
    • Consider the significance of ‘frames of reference’ on your business.
    • Workshop – what are your frames of reference what’s important to organisation.
    • High-level view on the way you think about business and the concept of the ‘big picture’.
    • What is creativity and innovation and do they have a place in strategic business planning?
    • Workshop – creativity workshop, prioritising information and highlighting actions.
    • Group Workshop – Where do strategic business planners come from, who are they?
  • Strategic business focus and attention to detail – it really matters!
    • Awareness of the balance between operational business issues and strategic objectives.
    • Strategic business planning focus and concepts and how to link the soft and the hard issues.
    • Current elements of corporate strategy development towards business planning & implementation.
