I began raising awareness of mental health in 2015 on social media and during my career in Education. Since this time I trained as a Mental Health Instructor with Mental Health First Aid England. Facilitating sessions with West Midlands Police, The DWP, Black Country Women’s Aid, the Beacon for the Blind and many other Corporate organisations. Passionate about improving literacy and supporting organisations on their journey to developing the understanding of positive and poor mental health conditions, and the impact on both business and personal lives, I unpack learning that fosters a bedrock to start the conversation and enhance skills to drive connection.
My aim is to guide people towards normalising the topic of mental health and how to have conversations about mental health with confidence, that support and guide people towards taking steps to look after wellbeing and mental health.
