Food & Stress
Laura will give an explanation of the stress and food cycle and how they are intrinsically linked, along with some simple techniques to deal with stress, how to re frame food choices including practical advice around which foods to eat and avoid and how to stop the cycle of emotional eating. All of this resulting in reduced stress levels, better resilience, improved mood, improved energy, ability to deal with pressure, more clarity, focus and productivity and even weight loss.
