Many businesses affected by the Covid 19 pandemic have placed staff on ‘furlough’.

Vikki Potts is a Senior Lecturer in Employment Law and Human Resource Management at the University of Wolverhampton. Prior to moving into Higher Education, she worked in the SME sector firstly in business development roles and later as a HR and legal consultant specialising in employment law and employee relations.
