This session will look at how loss of work, loss of income, loss of routine, loss of human/colleague physical and emotional contact, loss of hopes, dreams and expectations, etc provoke feelings of grief.
We will look at the following
What grief is.
How grief may impact our behaviour.
How to recognise harmful habits forming as a result of these losses and how this situation may invoke previous unresolved grief.
The session will include what you can do to help yourself and others during this time, to remain as physically and emotionally well as possible.
