Coronavirus - Mental Health Support

Coronavirus – Climbing Out offers Mental Health Support

Climbing Out runs 5 day outdoor activity programmes aimed at rebuilding confidence, self esteem and motivation in people who’ve been through mental or physical trauma. The programmes combine outdoor activities with mind management and personal development coaching. Later this year (or whenever restrictions allow) in reaction to Covid19, Climbing Out will be running a programme specifically for NHS and other medical staff who might be struggling post virus to come to terms with what they’ve seen and had to deal with. We really hope this will provide invaluable future support to those currently on the front line.

Further programmes are also going to be in place to support others effected by the Coronavirus, whether that be as a result of bereavement, abuse, loss of earnings or the negative impact on mental health.
