Emotional Health, Interventions & Training Support

Phyl is a qualified and experienced manager and trainer, with over 30 years’ experience. Her early career was spent in the private sector working for engineering companies where she managed staff and developed quality and performance management processes.

This was followed by 17 years in workforce development, working for Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Councils in both Adult and Children’s Services.

Approved Trainer status with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) was gained in 2008.

Phyl’s successful project management roles led to her managing high profile, multi-agency projects across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.

Life changing events took Phyl’s career into the field of emotional health and wellbeing. Using theoretical models as well as her lived experience, Phyl can provide interventions and training to support individuals and workplaces to improve wellbeing.

In her spare time Phyl loves to dance and at weekends you may spot her on her cycle, or more likely in the coffee shop eating cake!
