If that’s a yes then we would love for you to join our Professionals Partnership networking group. The group members share a common interest in supplying and collaborating with professional business services.
What does the Professionals Partnership do?
* Business categories range from accountants to website designers but all have a common interest in supplying professional business services.
* We share knowledge and collaborate with like-minded business owners.
* We support and work together with people who have a direct link to the professional services industry or can offer crossover education for those in the professional services industries.
* We offer access to the largest professional services network in Shropshire.
* We meet quarterly with top speakers on the agenda.
* We share knowledge, best practice and help you and your team to continue your professional development
* We don’t ask you to do a 60-second pitch.
* We reward you with a lovely full English breakfast but a lighter option is available too!
We are excited to be joined by our guest speaker Teresa Boughey MA FCIPD founder and CEO of National Award winning Jungle HR and Inclusion 247. Teresa is a TEDx Speaker, Non-Executive Director and author of Amazon bestseller 'Closing tge Gao - 5 steps to creating an Inclusive Culture'.
Teresa will be holding an interactive session and will explore what changes we are noticing with customer engagement, what this means for our people and explore ways to foster customer relationships in a hybrid world. Almost every aspect of our engagement with our people and customers has changed, over the past two years. Many employees are demanding more flexible and hybrid working arrangements and in some instances are reluctant to hop on a plane or train to go visit customers in person. When you combine this with organisations looking to cut back on business travel expenses as well as looking at ways to protect the environment through unnecessary travel there's no wonder that organisations are are taking stock and reflecting up what they've learned from this past two years and using this as an opportunity to shake off the bad habits from before.
