According to new studies by the renowned F.A.Z. Institute, Busch Vacuum Solutions is one of the mechanical engineering and systems building companies with the highest reputation.

“As part of intangible capital, a company’s reputation represents the entirety of how it is perceived by the public. It is not enough to shine in one topic area alone. Each of the dimensions considered is important for measuring a company’s performance” state the IMWF’s corporate reputation studies (Institut für Management- und Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH - Institute for Management and Economic Research), which have now been issued by the F.A.Z. Institute.

In three studies, the IMWF analyzed and evaluated the reputation of around 20,000 companies using social listening. Social listening is a way of finding out how people express themselves online about a company, person, product, or brand. Busch has received the highest recognition both as a company and for its innovations.

Only 55 companies from the mechanical engineering and systems building industry received the award for the highest company reputation. 47 mechanical and plant engineering companies were identified for having the highest reputation for innovation.

The studies are based on around 22.9 million mentions of the companies from news pages, websites, forums, important social media channels, consumer pages, press releases and blogs, which were published between August 1, 2021, and July 31, 2022.

IMWF and the F.A.Z. Institute jointly analyse the reputation of companies in online media and social platforms. The IMWF (Institut für Management- und Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH - Institute for Management and Economic Research) is a leading specialist in the field of analysis of very large amounts of data from communication using artificial intelligence. The F.A.Z.-Institut für Management-, Markt- und Medieninformationen GmbH (Institute for Management, Market and Media Information) is a company of the renowned Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung publishing group.
