Shropshire Business magazine is turning the spotlight on AI in its September/October edition, asking the question - is it a friend, or a foe.

Shropshire Chamber chief executive Ruth Ross is among the columnists contributing to the feature, which canvasses the views of a wide range of local businesses.

It also reveals the results of a survey carried out by Shropshire Business to find out whether businesses view artificial intelligence as an opportunity, a threat to jobs, or whether the jury is still out on the impact it will have on our economy.

The award-winning magazine also includes a spotlight on recruitment, and the challenges of finding young employees with work-ready skills – and discusses the challenges around the delayed plans for Shrewsbury’s controversial North West Relief Road.
