Trade deals have been agreed with Australia and New Zealand taking effect on May 31st 2023.

These trade deals, negotiated from scratch by the UK, are set to benefit British businesses and consumers through tariff free access to both markets and flexible rules of origins for British goods.

The trade deals will promote economic development and innovation across the UK, Australia and New Zealand through the removal of tariffs on all UK goods exports, opening new access for the services sector, making it easier for UK professionals to live and work in Australia and New Zealand,  and by reducing red tape for digital trade.

Further details on the trade agreement for Australia can be found here, and the trade agreement for New Zealand here through the GOV.UK website.
