Management of Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reactions) within businesses

The RQF Level 3 Management of Anaphylaxis course is designed to provide staff with comprehensive knowledge and skills to effectively manage anaphylaxis, a severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction.

This course is specifically focused on equipping participants with the necessary competencies to respond to anaphylactic emergencies in various settings, including schools, workplaces, community settings, healthcare environments and any environment.

I am a former Nursing Sister/Advanced Clinical Practitioner for the past 30 years, having treated thousands of patients in both A&E and ITU situations, I'm also a Community First Responder for West Mids Ambulance Service, so I deliver first aid with a bespoke, indepth knowledge you can't receive from general first aid courses.  

Anaphylaxis is on the rise for both children, and in the workplace, with employers duty of care, it is essential businesses are prepared for the possiblility of severe allergic reactions.  Anyone can become allergic at any time in their lives!

The use of AAI's (ie epipen) are not covered in the Emergency First Aid at Work curriculum.
