I draw on 27 years commercial experience up to MD level, from roles in Marks & Spencer, Waterstones, Mars and Essity, supporting clients to unlock their full potential, whilst managing the complex demands of work and life.
Using empathy, challenge, dry humour and a long list of reflections on good and bad decisions, strategies and leadership paths I have taken, I help clients to be more effective and successful in achieving both personal and commercial aspirations.
My experience coaching and mentoring has shown me that whilst individuals may face different challenges, and have different goals, there is one thing most people have in common. They rarely prioritise taking quality time out to solely focus on themselves. It is hugely powerful to press the pause button, allowing you to reflect on your goals, and how best to deliver against them, with a trusted mentor or coach.
