Network of Women (Delivered by Shropshire Chamber) 23rd November 2022

Network of Women was set up with a purpose of looking to create a relaxed group in which women could network and build mutually beneficial relationships with like-minded women. Our meetings are a great place to meet new people, gain new knowledge and help grow your business. We have a professional yet friendly and relaxed feel where you will be most welcome. 

We are pleased to be joined by Charlotte Hollins of Fordhall Organic Farm, in Market Drayton, north Shropshire.  Fordhall Farm is England’s first community-owned farm following a high profile campaign in 2006. At the time over 8,000 people across the world supported siblings Charlotte and Ben Hollins, then in their early twenties, to save their family home. They raised a staggering £800,000 in less than six months through the sale of non-profit making community shares.  The site is open to the public and runs a myriad of community projects as well as providing long-term security for its tenant farmers. It is a true example of sustainability, ingenuity and collective community power overpowering the odds. 

There will also be an opportunity for you to share your business news and updates to others attending.
