Shropshire business coach Gareth Hughes is giving local companies the chance to pick up new skills in a free on-line course starting on Monday.

Chamber member Gareth Hughes has organised the three-day time management course for any individuals or businesses looking to explore new ways of using their business time effectively.

The Time Management Challenge runs from Monday, January 11, to Wednesday January 13. It includes free exercises, handouts, videos and a live evening session for all those taking part.

Gareth is using his 15 years experience of managing teams across the armed forces and businesses to help other business owners improve their time management skills.

“Over the years I have seen business owners overwhelmed by their workload and growing to-do list. In the current lockdown it is even more important for businesses to make the most of their time and it only takes a few simple steps to become more productive and efficient.

“We’ll be going through those steps in the three day course using exercises, handouts, feedback and videos as well as giving businesses the chance to share and discuss their experiences in the live sessions,” said Gareth.

The course will cover goal setting for time management, how to approach and handle critical tasks, planning a productive day, designing the perfect work week, how to delegate and outsource efficiently and motivation to make time management changes.

“It’s a free course to support businesses at a very difficult time and hopefully help business owners move from chaos to control,” said Gareth.
