Leadership Excellence; Managing with Confidence 6th May 2025

This course is hands-on, engaging and experiential, meaning you have the opportunity to learn from your experiences from the day, that are specifically designed to focus on your leadership skills.The course is full of activities, discussion and reflection. You will escape your workplace to have the opportunity to focus on your leadership strengths and any considerations for your ongoing leadership development. Participants will experience a range of differnet activites throughout the day to develop thier communication and enhance their self-awareness and self-reflection. bringing out the best of thier leadership ability and inspiring leaders to manage with confidence.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:
• Articulate what leadership excellence is, and the key skills required   
• Have a greater awareness of your communication and leadership styles and the impact these have on yourself and others
• Have a greater awareness of biases, perspectives and preferences that can influence your leadership approach
• Gain further insights into your self-management, mindset and problem solving approaches as a leader
• Explain the importance of reflection and self-review for personal development and come away with a personalised action plan for your leadership development.
