Midlands Air Ambulance Charity Tandem Skydive - Member Event 8th May 2024

• Minimum age is 16 - Under 18s require a declaration of fitness to be signed by parent or guardian.
• Weight and height must be in proportion.
• Maximum weight to jump with is 15 stone (95kg) and maximum height is 6’ (taller persons accepted subject to assessment)
• Please be aware that everyone will be weighed before jumping to match to an instructor, if you are above the weight for your height you will not be able to jump. This is due to equipment maximum loadings and sizing.
  
• £100 Registration Fee (paid by the individual/company, please note that this is non-refundable)
  Once you have completed the reservation form you have a 5 working days cooling off period, after which you are personally committed to achieving the minimum fundraising target whether you participate or not.

• Plus £500 Minimum Fundraising Target per person
• As a Charity we must be in receipt of your fundraising totals as detailed below:

• 80% of your fundraising target (£400.00) – 4 weeks prior to the event – Wednesday 10/04/24
• 100% of your fundraising target (£500.00) – 2 weeks prior to the event – Wednesday 24/04/24
