Leading office furniture and stationery supplier Chrisbeon has been serving the community for almost 50 years and is a long-time partner of Shropshire Chamber of Commerce.
The Telford-based company, launched in 1974, is family owned and proud to be a Chamber Patron. Exceptional customer service and providing the most competitive prices are an integral part of the Chrisbeon mantra as it continues to successfully serve a customer base throughout the UK.
Chrisbeon came to our aid last year, providing desks, drawer units and divider screens - helping to kit out our expanding team at our offices in Telford. The items were supplied from the firm’s Preloved Furniture range and resulted in a significant saving for us in terms of cost.
Richard Hughes, Chrisbeon partner, said:
“We have a long and beneficial relationship with Shropshire Chamber of Commerce, have been a Chamber Patron for more than 10 years and are always keen to help and promote other businesses within the Shropshire and surrounding areas.
“The Chamber provides a solid platform for businesses through its many tiers of support and assistance which are available to members. We are regular attendees at the many expos and networking events laid on by the Chamber, which are a great way of getting to meet new people, develop contacts, bring in new business and find other local suppliers for services we require.
“I’m not sure that many people know of the full range of support which is available through the Chamber but it is undoubtedly a reassurance to think that a high level of expertise across a range of areas is there and can be easily accessed.”
A range of services
“This includes help with things like tax support, HR, publicity, legal issues, health and safety and international trade advice. We can’t all be experts in everything and making the wrong move can be extremely costly, so it’s always nice to know there is someone you can contact quickly if and when the need arises.
“There are other benefits for members worth discovering too and discounts are available through the chamber on things like healthcare, vehicle breakdown cover and utilities auditing.
“Shropshire has a depth of business talent to be respected and I believe that we as a county can hold our own with anyone. It’s something to be nurtured and developed as our business community grows.
“We are living through challenging times right now but I truly think that our extensive range of diverse businesses will weather the storm and maintain Shropshire as a successful blueprint for others to follow.”
