Shropshire Festivals has launched its 2025 tickets, which can now be purchased as gift vouchers in time for Christmas.
Their flagship events are set to return to the Quarry. Shrewsbury Food Festival is taking place on June 28th and 29th and Shropshire Oktoberfest on October 3rd and 4th 2025. Tickets are now on sale, exhibitor applications are open, and sponsorship is already getting booked up for both events. Visit www.shropshirefestivals.co.uk to find out more about each event.
“Give a loved one the gift of making memories with a gift voucher to one of our events,” said Beth Heath, Director of Fun at Shropshire Festivals. “Ditch forgettable plastic presents for a day out of pure fun at Shrewsbury Food Festival, Shropshire Petal Fields, or Shropshire Oktoberfest.”
The family-run events business has been inundated with award news this year, winning Festival of the Year at the West Midlands Tourism Awards, named as a Finalist for Food/Drink Festival of the Year at the Midlands Food Drink & Hospitality Awards, shortlisted for the Retail, Leisure and Hospitality Award at the Shropshire Chamber Business Awards, picking up Silver for the Sustainable Tourism Award at the Land Leisure & Tourism Show, shortlisted for Best Non-Music Festival at the UK Festival Awards, and shortlisted for Event Organiser of the Year and the Sustainability Award for the National Outdoor Events Association Awards.
New Venue for Shropshire Business Festival
Shropshire Business Festival was a huge success back in April, with attendance up 40% on their launch in 2023. Due to demand, the festival is moving to a new venue which can accommodate more exhibitors and parking. On March 6th 2025, Shropshire Business Festival will take place at the Telford International Centre.
The free-to-attend event promises all the fun of a festival to provide a platform where business leaders can network in a more meaningful way. There will also be silent seminars, exhibitors, ice breaker activities, and a VIP event.
“We’re really excited to bring Shropshire Business Festival to a new venue,” adds Beth. “It has evolved a long way from Shropshire BizFest. I’m passionate about creating events where people can have fun, whether it’s a family day out or a B2B event. When it’s fun, people connect, get chatting and form new connections – that’s the best outcome at any business event, and certainly a better outcome than you get at a standard business event!”
