Telford College’s new executive director for partnerships and employer engagement explains some of the valuable work being done to help upskill Shropshire employers in a new podcast.
Sarah Davies, who moved to the college from the NHS three years ago, explains how the college is partnering with employers to help shape the college’s curriculum, ensuring courses remain relevant to the ever-changing workplace.

Sarsh said: “We don’t just deal with 16-18 year olds, it’s much wider than that. We have a large adult education provision too, and are looking to upskill adults to either get them back into education, or ready for a change of career.
“And we deliver a lot of ‘into employment’ programmes – which is where we can partner with businesses.”
