Elizabeth Wilkinson MBE began her journey in neurodiversity and SpLD support in 1999 and founded her business, The Dyslexic Dyslexia Consultant, in 2007. With over 27 years of experience and 18 years in business, she works with founders, CEOs, managers, trainers, EDI and HR teams, and individual employees to create workplaces that are truly inclusive, positive, and effective.

As a qualified Specialist SpLD Teacher and Certified ADHD Coach, Elizabeth brings a rare blend of expert knowledge, empathy, and practical solutions. Combined with her own lived experience as a dyslexic and autistic professional, she empowers organisations to move beyond compliance and embrace proactive, reasonable adjustments that break down barriers and unlock potential.

Elizabeth currently works extensively with Fire Services and has previous experience working with the Royal Air Force, giving her unique insight into high-pressure environments and the adjustments needed to support neurodivergent staff in these sectors.

Known as Eli (pronounced Ellie), she combines professional expertise with a ‘can-do’ attitude, helping businesses implement long-lasting, meaningful change that benefits both employees and the organisation. Her work is driven by passion, integrity, and a commitment to creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.
