Felicity Wingrove

Board Member

For over 25 years Felicity (Fliss) Wingrove has supported organisations, corporations and brands to communicate with impact and integrity. She's led communications for a FTSE100, managed global crises, and run a national PR agency, before founding her own communications firm 18 years ago.

A psycholinguist, she works across the fields of behavioural science, psychology, ethical influence and persuasion, and human performance, to coach, train, and develop senior leaders, Boards, and teams. Most recently she's held the role of UK Managing Director for a large global leadership development business, alongside her ongoing role as Founder of Zen Communications, and has provided strategic counsel to client Boards.

A Founding Director of Telford Business Board, a former Director of Telford Towns Fund Board, and a long-standing Governor of St George's Primary School, Fliss is a seasoned Board member and brings lots of experience to her new role at Shropshire Chamber of Commerce.

She said: "I'm really excited about the opportunity to come back home to Shropshire, after 18-months working globally, and to be able to bring my skills, experience, and passion to the Chamber team and membership. I've owned and operated my own businesses for nearly 20 years now, and I absolutely understand the opportunities and the challenges that brings. It's never been easy but it does feels particularly tough right now, and so the work of the Chamber to support, guide, and give a voice to businesses has never been more crucial. It's a privilege to be a part of that."
