Diagnosed with autism and facing significant challenges with anxiety and depression, Kieran experienced many barriers throughout his education and early adulthood. Despite these difficulties, he persevered and went on to complete a Supported Internship, achieve a distinction in his apprenticeship, secure paid employment, and become an advocate for other young people with SEND.
In sharing his experiences, Kieran hopes to inspire others to believe in their potential and highlight the life-changing impact that supportive education, employment opportunities and inclusive workplaces can have.
