This training session is aimed at employers, managers and HR professionals to develop confidence in recruiting, supporting, and developing young talent.
With many young people currently out of work, and research from Mental Health UK (2025) highlighting that a significant number of young employees have taken time off due to health issues—and often feel unable to discuss stress or challenges with their managers—there is a clear need for leaders equipped with the right skills and strategies.
Key learning outcomes of this training include:
