This course is designed for any employee involved in the management of hazardous substances or conducting COSHH assessments.
No prior knowledge is required, although a general awareness of COSHH would be beneficial.

- Understand the importance of COSHH risk assessments.
- Know the main types of hazardous substances and how they can cause harm.
- Understand the principles of controlling the risks from hazardous substances.
- Understand how a COSHH risk assessment is undertaken.
- Understanding a Safety Data Sheet.
The course content will be delivered alongside interactive tasks and assessments so that delegates can test their knowledge as they learn.
All delegates will also receive a course workbook, notes and supporting information.
