Julia Buckley MP is hosting an invite-only Employer Roundtable designed to help businesses find, attract and retain talent in a difficult labour market by connecting employers with an often-overlooked pool of skilled, motivated people ready to work.
The format will include an initial 30-minute session where training and support providers such as Enable, the Autism Hub and others can briefly outline the services, programmes and support they offer to employers and young people. This will then be followed by an open and honest discussion, held under Chatham House rules, exploring practical ways employers can access wider talent pools and adopt more inclusive recruitment practices.
