Wildlife Poetry Walk & Talk 4th October 2026

Take a break from the hustle and bustle and join us for a relaxing countryside walk around the beautiful Poetry Trail at Eaton Manor Country Estate. Enjoy fresh air, nature and the chance to spot local wildlife as you wander through the peaceful surroundings and enjoy stopping to read a wonderful collection of poems as you follow the trail. You can walk as little or as much as you wish, there will be outdoor garden games in Eaton Manor's Secret Garden for those who wish to relax a little more!
After the walk, we will gather for an inspiring talk from Megan Morris-Jones, the Founder of Cuan Wildlife Rescue, who will share fascinating stories from the world of wildlife rescue and rehabilitation.

- A chance to learn more about local wildlife and support a wonderful charity
Whether you’re a nature lover, poetry enthusiast, wildlife supporter or simply looking for a lovely afternoon out, everyone is warmly welcome.
Time: Arrival 1pm for the walk with the talk and refreshments from approximately 2.30pm
Full Walk takes approximately an hour and please ensure appropriate walking shoes for the walk as the terrain is along uneven ground.
