We are delighted to bring our AGM and Members Christmas Lunch to our Member venue, the Wroxeter Hotel.

This is a great opportunity for our members to come together over the festive season and join Shropshire Chamber for the Annual General Meeting (which will last no more than 10-15 mins) followed by a three course Christmas lunch.

Cream of mushroom and tarragon soup with chive croutons
Smoked salmon, capers, cucumber, and a lemon and dill dressing
Pork and apricot terrine with homemade chutney and watercress salad
Torched goats cheese salad with beetroot and balsamic glaze

Roast breast of turkey with pig in blanket and cranberry and herb stuffing
Spiced honey glazed ham with a white wine and parsley cream sauce
Roast pollock fillet wrapped in streaky bacon topped with a rich tomato and basil sauce
Stuffed bell pepper with olives, garlic, tomatoes and cous-cous topped with parmesan shavings
All served with seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, fresh minted new potatoes
homemade spiced red wine and sultana red cabbage and honey roasted parsnips

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and vodka cranberry compote
Orange and Cointreau bread and butter pudding served with vanilla custard
Poached pear in dark chocolate sauce served with salted caramel ice cream
Lemon meringue tart with fresh raspberries and mango sauce

As is tradition, we will be holding a Charity Raffle.
