It’s the most wonderful time of the year…

…but it’s also a potentially dangerous time of year with opportunistic criminals looking to take advantage.

Statistics provided by” UK Crime Stats” show that each year around December and leading into January the total crime rates reach their peak.

Criminals know that many commercial premises including offices, retail outlets, warehouses and many others will be empty from 24th until 27th December, and some right up until 2nd January.

With this in mind, we have prepared some Christmas "Peace of Mind" Security tips and services to consider to keep your business safe over the Christmas period.

1. CCTV Monitoring

A little bit of planning and communication before the busy season will help ensure security while your premises are empty. Have you considered Remote CCTV Monitoring. We work very closely with you and your team to ensure you have total piece of mind over the holiday period.

2. Secure open and lock up

Even in the busiest offices, there is often one person left to lock up for the Christmas holidays. This person will be vulnerable to criminals in waiting, or to missing security procedures in the rushed atmosphere of the festivities.

Our Open and Lock up facility ensures your people are protected. Knowing that your office has been correctly secured at the end of the day by a SIA Accredited Security Company.  You don’t need to have a designated Open and Lock person from your team, and it’s easy to book your times, then we will organise the rest. The Open & Lock service makes it impossible to get locked out as we keep hold of your keys. This service also works well with our Keyholding & Alarm Response solution.

3. Mobile Patrol

One of our fully trained SIA Accredited Security officers will visit your property in a “Security Marked” vehicle to complete Security checks. This will include a perimeter check, all access doors, and windows as well as any associated buildings. Sensor tags can be placed on site for drivers to log into on their patrols, to generate a report of attendance for you.
