Making a substantial investment, the college have focused on upgrading their facilities across the college’s campuses this year ensuring their students continue to benefit from state-of-the-art resources, aligned with the requirements of industry.
With finishing touches being made this half term, these major building works have included the refurbishment of key learning spaces, including their Higher Education centre, the installation of more cutting-edge technology, improvements to common areas and an extension and resurfacing of the carpark. No more potholes!
Some of the key changes include a newly created health suite for their health and social care students, a brand new building for T level students studying Early Years, a robotic welder in their extended welding and fabrication area, complete refurbishment of plumbing, electrical and gas ….. the list goes on.
Matt Laws, Vice Principal for Vocational Education and Training, said:

Anyone who would like a tour of their latest refurbishments at the London Road campus, complete with fresh coffee and cake in their award-winning restaurant, would be very welcome.
