Morris Property was delighted to host its first Christmas gathering at the iconic Lower Claremont offices on Welsh Bridge, Shrewsbury. The event, held on 26th November, brought together the region’s leading commercial agents, lawyers and business professionals for a late afternoon of festive networking in the office space which is available to rent.
Guests enjoyed a luxurious spread of canapés, crafted by the acclaimed Walrus Restaurant, paired with glasses of Tanners fizz to toast the season in style. Against the backdrop of the beautifully decorated offices, the event coincided with the annual switch-on of Morris & Company’s polar bears which have been a popular Christmas rooftop feature in Shrewsbury for many years, much to the delight of local people. Every year the artic friends attract scores of positive comments online as they light up the skyline on the Welsh Bridge end of town.
“We were thrilled to host this festive gathering at Lower Claremont,” said Neil Anderson, Head of Estates at Morris Property. “It’s always a pleasure to see so many familiar faces coming together to celebrate the season and our newly available office space provided the ideal environment.”
The office space is a self-contained wing alongside the original Morris Welsh Bridge building, constructed by Morris Property. The space is being marketed by commercial agents Cooper Green Pooks.
