Halls, a multi-service organisation with a strong residential estate agency in operation for over 180 years, including auction services, has been appointed by Connexus to manage the disposal of a portion of their residential property portfolio by auction.

The first collection of Connexus properties will be sold at our upcoming September auction, which will include a total of 11 residential lots, including properties in Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, Welshpool, Wem, Bucknell and Church Stretton.

The forementioned lots are part of a larger auction series and will be included in the Halls calendar of collective property and land auctions. All auction properties will be available for bidding in our dedicated sales room, in our purpose-built auction space on Friday 26th September at 2:00 PM at the Halls Head Office, Bowmen Way, Battlefield, Shrewsbury, SY4 3DR.

The not-for-profit housing association is entrusting Halls with a variety of lots, ranging from traditional homes to investment opportunities.
