Milissa Chesters, Head of People & Culture and Luke Evans, IT Technician had an exciting afternoon of matching, (much like speed-dating!), interviewing at The Quad, Telord College, as we searched for our next T Level Digital student.

The successful candidate will join iconsys from January 19th, 2026, for their first block of industry training, following the excellent example set by Tyler Floyd-Morgan, who has made a strong contribution during his time with us.

We met with nine enthusiastic students, each showing real passion for technology and a keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in a real working environment.

We have given feedback and now excited wait for the result to see if we have a match.
