Nick Wood has joined Morris & Company to take up the new position of Chief Executive Officer for the company’s newly launched Morris Capital, an integral new member of the Morris Group.

Morris Capital has been established to further the fifth-generation property company’s strategy to effectively expand its property operation and geographical footprint into the Birmingham region. 

Nick, a Chartered Surveyor with longstanding experience in the Midlands commercial real estate market, joins from Savills where he was a Director and Executive Board Member working in the Investment team. With over 17 years’ experience, Nick brings a strong track record within the Midlands investment market, having worked with a broad client base that includes institutional funds, private equity, developers, national and regional property companies.
