Clickingmad Ltd, a long established Shropshire digital agency, has donated to West Mercia Search and Rescue as part of its year long 25 in 25 Acts of Kindness campaign.

The Bridgnorth based company is celebrating its twenty fifth anniversary by delivering twenty five charitable activities during 2025. The contribution to West Mercia Search and Rescue is one of the largest single donations within the initiative.

West Mercia Search and Rescue is a completely volunteer led emergency service that supports missing person searches, flood response and water rescue incidents across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, Worcestershire and Herefordshire. The organisation receives no government funding and relies entirely on charitable donations to operate. Volunteers train extensively and respond at any time of day or night to help people who are missing or in immediate danger.

Shaun Carvill, Managing Director of Clickingmad, said:
“It is impossible not to be moved by the dedication of the West Mercia Search and Rescue volunteers. They give their time freely to help families at their most vulnerable moments, often in demanding and dangerous conditions. Supporting their work is a privilege and fits perfectly with the purpose behind our 25 in 25 campaign.”

Marcel LeCocq, Chair of Trustees from West Mercia Search and Rescue added:
“This generous donation from Clickingmad will directly support our operational work, including essential training and specialist equipment. We are grateful for their belief in our mission and for helping us continue to keep our communities safe.”

The donation sits alongside a growing list of community focused activities undertaken by Clickingmad this year, including volunteering at hospices and care homes, supporting children’s charities, tree planting, delivering digital help to non profits and a charity skydive that raised money for Lingen Davies Cancer Fund.
