North Shropshire based Henstone Distillery has won two amazing medals in the 2026 People’s Choice Awards. Their Ex-Red Wine Cask Aged Single Malt Whisky won the “Whisky/Whiskey: The Best Of GB And Ireland & Around The World” category whilst their Shropshire Lad’s Evolution Cherry Wood Rum won the “Rum: Treat Yourself £35+” medal.

Speaking after hearing about the awards, their sales manager and director, Henry Toller, said “For the two products we entered into this competition to be category winners is a huge honour. We continue to focus on the details and this win is testament to that approach.”
