Shropshire-based construction firm, Morris Property, has officially broken ground on an office extension for Craemer UK at their Hortonwood West site in Telford, marking the latest phase in the development of the manufacturer’s growing facilities.

The project follows Morris Property’s successful delivery of a major storage yard extension in 2022, which supported Craemer’s expanding operations. This stage sees Morris Property appointed as construction partner for the second time, reinforcing the strong working relationship between the two companies.

Craemer UK is part of the Craemer Group, one of the leading manufacturers of plastic pallets, pallet boxes, plastic containers and wheelie bins. From its production facilities in Telford, the company supplies local authorities as well as the environmental, logistics and manufacturing industries throughout the UK and beyond.

The new single-storey office extension has been designed with a robust concrete and masonry frame to integrate seamlessly with the existing building. Internally, the extension will provide new high‑quality office accommodation with provisions for a first floor at a later stage.  Once complete, the extension will boost their operational capacity, while creating a future‑proofed workspace that enables the company’s long‑term growth.
