Marshall Harmony, a Shropshire-based Recruitment Agency, has been named a Finalist in the Best Business category at the 2026 Enterprise Vision Awards, the UK's largest celebration of women in business.

 

Laura Davies, Founder of Marshall Harmony, named alongside Ellie Tapper, Operations Director for the award, said:

"We are almost unrecognisable from the business I started, sitting at my kitchen table with dreams of #placingpeoplefirst , solving hiring problems within businesses & doing recruitment with a heart. The Enterprise Vision Awards recognise outstanding women entrepreneurs across the UK. Finalists are selected through a rigorous application and judging process, with the ceremony taking place later this year.
