The future of engineering starts with the people willing to invest in it

At iconsys we're incredibly proud to have been shortlisted as a finalist in the 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 (𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺) category at the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 & 𝗪𝗿𝗲𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀.

In a year that saw a record number of entries, being recognised is a fantastic achievement and one we're extremely proud of.

Developing talent has always been part of who we are at iconsys. Many of our people began their careers as apprentices and today they're leading projects, mentoring colleagues and helping shape the next generation of engineers. It's a reminder that apprenticeships don't just build careers, they build stronger businesses and stronger industries.

That is why this year, we're also especially proud to be sponsoring the new 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 award, celebrating the people whose encouragement, knowledge and guidance make such a lasting difference to apprentices.
