At iconsys, creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued and able to thrive is something we take seriously.

We were delighted to welcome Ruth Ross, CEO, and Liz Keirle, Policy & Patron Engagement Manager, from Shropshire Chamber of Commerce to our Technology Hub to formally sign the Mental Health Charter — reinforcing our commitment to promoting positive mental health, reducing stigma and ensuring colleagues have access to the support they need.

This is embedded in our own iconsys Wellbeing Charter, which sets out the principles we follow to foster a healthy, inclusive working environment for both physical and mental health. Our team also has access to a wide range of resources through our People and Culture Wellbeing Hub, alongside a strong internal support network including a fully qualified Mental Health First Aider, certified support from within our team, and a group of dedicated Wellbeing Champions across the business.

There's more to come, too: iconsys was recently interviewed by Jenny Pearson, Head of Workforce and Skills at Shropshire Chamber, about our approach to workplace wellbeing — and we're excited to share that iconsys will feature in an upcoming Chamber wellbeing case study.

A huge thank you to the team at Shropshire Chamber of Commerce for their continued support in helping businesses across the region put workplace wellbeing firmly on the agenda.
