A leading Shropshire law firm has announced Birmingham Children's Hospital as its charity of the year and will spend the next 12 months raising vital funds for them.

Law firm mfg Solicitors, which has offices across Shropshire, Worcestershire, Birmingham and the Black Country, will aim to raise a significant sum over the next 12-months for the hospital – in a move which sees the firm taking a different approach in supporting one single charity, rather than each office backing separate local causes.

Birmingham Children’s Hospital was selected following a vote by the firm’s 270 staff. It’s a leading and specialist paediatric centre, delivering some of the most advanced treatments, complex surgical procedures and cutting-edge research to over 100,000 children and young people each year from across the UK and beyond. Every patient and family benefit from the hospital’s charity, which exists to make a real difference to poorly children during difficult times.
