Morris Property has successfully completed and handed over the construction project at Hazledine Park in Shrewsbury to Shropshire Council, who commissioned the development to serve the needs of the growing community at the south side of Shrewsbury.

The Council instructed the prominent new development which has transformed a former Pitch and Putt site into the new Hazledine Park, featuring three key buildings housing food and retail space with an attendant 100 shared car parking spaces.

Accessed via Oteley Road all the units have excellent visibility, spacious open-plan interiors, abundant natural light, and the potential for outdoor seating areas. Shropshire Council are managing the fit out of the new units with some operational from tomorrow.
