We’re delighted to celebrate the success of Ali Bozdag, who has begun his career with iconsys as a Manufacturing Technician after achieving a Distinction in his T Level Engineering qualification.

Ali studied at Shrewsbury College, combining classroom learning with industry experience to develop the practical skills and technical knowledge needed for a career in engineering and manufacturing.

Following the release of the 2026 T Level results in August, Ali has made a fantastic start to his career with us. He continues to develop his technical capabilities while gaining hands-on experience within our Production team and has already impressed colleagues with his work ethic, approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.

T Levels combine classroom learning with substantial industry placements, helping students develop the practical skills, technical knowledge and workplace behaviours employers are looking for.

For us, Ali’s progression is also a great example of the role that closer relationships between education and industry can play in developing the next generation of engineering and manufacturing talent here in Shropshire.

Ali has demonstrated many of the qualities we value at iconsys. He is hardworking, proactive and a genuine team player, communicating effectively with colleagues and approaching new opportunities with enthusiasm and professionalism.
