T-T is proud to announce that several of our apprentices have achieved Distinction in their BTEC Level 3 Engineering qualification, an accomplishment that reflects both their exceptional dedication and the strength of our apprenticeship programme.

These outstanding results are the product of sustained effort, determination and a genuine commitment to learning. Each apprentice has demonstrated the professionalism, curiosity and resilience that define the future of our industry, and their achievements highlight the value of structured, real-world development.

At T-T, we remain committed to creating meaningful opportunities for young people to thrive. Our apprenticeship programme combines hands-on experience with mentoring and continuous support, helping learners build confidence, technical capability and the practical skills needed to progress in their careers.

As part of our commitment to supporting the next generation of engineers, T-T recently welcomed prospective apprentices and their families to our Apprenticeship Open Day. Held at our Onneley Works site in Woore on 24th August, the event provided an opportunity to learn more about life at T-T, meet members of our team and explore the apprenticeship pathways available.

The Open Day gave visitors an insight into the practical experience apprentices gain at T-T, as well as the training, mentoring and career development opportunities available throughout their apprenticeship.
