Shrewsbury-based consultancy Sygneus is launching Sygneus.AI, a new service designed to help businesses identify where artificial intelligence can create genuine value and deliver measurable results. The service will officially launch at the Connectin Business Expo at Shrewsbury Town Football Club on the 15th October.

The launch comes as AI adoption continues to accelerate among SMEs. According to the British Chambers of Commerce's January 2026 survey, 54% of businesses are now using AI, up from 23% in 2023.

However, Jack Ryan, Founder of Sygneus and winner of the Chamber's 2026 Young Business Person of the Year Award, believes many organisations are approaching AI from the wrong direction.
