Two Shropshire businesswomen are joining forces next week to help local business owners and professionals communicate with greater confidence, clarity and impact.

Pitch with Presence, taking place on Friday 23rd October at Albrighton Hall Hotel in Shrewsbury, is a practical three-hour masterclass led by Voice and Communication Coach Emma Alston, in collaboration with Fran Ash, Business Mentor and Networking Strategist.

The masterclass has been designed for business owners and professionals who know what they want to say but sometimes struggle to get their message across in the way they'd like.

Whether it's delivering a short business pitch, speaking at a networking event, presenting an idea or simply feeling more confident in everyday professional conversations, the morning will provide practical techniques that attendees can put into action straight away.

Emma will lead participants through a series of interactive exercises exploring the power of breath, stance, voice, pace and pauses, helping them discover how small changes in delivery can make a big difference to how their message is received.

Fran will bring her experience in networking and building meaningful business relationships, adding another perspective on the importance of making genuine connections and leaving a lasting impression.

Together, their complementary expertise will help attendees explore not just what they say, but how they say it and how they connect with the people listening.

This won't be a morning of sitting quietly taking notes! Attendees will have the opportunity to practise, experiment and develop their skills in a friendly, supportive environment, with no requirement to arrive with a polished pitch or previous public speaking experience.
