Telford & Wrekin Council are currently seeking support from local businesses and community partners for their Christmas initiative 2026, which provides support to some of the most vulnerable families in Telford and Wrekin. 

It is appreciated that organisations receive many similar requests at this time of year, but they would be delighted to explore whether businesses could offer their support to this important initiative by donating gifts, vouchers, essential items, making a financial contribution, supporting with gift wrapping, or discussing other ideas that align with their organisation's community and charitable objectives.

 Every contribution, regardless of size, helps make a meaningful difference to local children and families who may otherwise face significant hardship during the festive season.

 To allow sufficient time for organising and distributing donations ahead of Christmas, all contributions need to be received by 7th December and can be dropped off at Darby House in Telford or collected from the organisation. 

It would be greatly appreciated if organisations could help raise awareness through their networks, newsletters, LinkedIn channels, or by sharing the opportunity with other businesses that may be interested in supporting the initiative.
