This is dedicated one-to-one time to step away from the day-to-day noise and focus on whatever is currently keeping you stuck, overwhelmed or going round in circles.

There’s no set agenda because every person and every challenge is different. You bring whatever is taking up the most space in your head and we’ll work through it together.

That might be:

  • An idea you can’t quite turn into a plan
  • A decision you’ve been putting off
  • Feeling overwhelmed by everything on your to-do list
  • Struggling with structure, priorities or productivity
  • A business challenge you need an independent perspective on
  • Knowing what you want to achieve but not knowing how to get there
  • Simply needing a sounding board and some dedicated space to think

During the session, we’ll untangle what’s going on, identify what actually needs your attention and turn the noise into clear, practical next steps.

My approach to mentoring is straightforward, supportive and human. There’s no corporate jargon, no one-size-fits-all framework and no expectation that you should already have all the answers. My job is to listen, ask the questions that get you thinking, challenge you when needed and help you work out what moving forward looks like for you.

You’ll leave the conversation with greater clarity, a clearer direction and practical actions you can actually get started on.

Sessions can take place in person in Telford or online, making the offer available to Chamber members across Shropshire.
